Alissa White-Gluz

Alissa was a lead singer in The Canadian metalcore group The Agonist. She currently sings with the Swedish melody-death metal band Arch Enemy. Alissa White-Gluz (born July 31st, 1985) is a Canadian artist, most well-known as the lead vocalist for the Swedish melodic death metal group Arch Enemy, and former lead vocalist and founding member of The Agonist, a Canadian metalcore group, the Agonist. The combination of singing and grunting (clean vocals) are part of her vocal style. The majority of her work is associated with metalcore and melodic death although she's performed in bands such as Nightwish, Tarja Turunen, Delain and Powerwolf. White-Gluz was a member of the band Agonist previously known as "Tempest" and was based in Montreal (Quebec), Canada, from 2004 to 2014. The group released three albums, with them as their lead vocalist.White-Gluz quit the Agonist in spring 2014 when she was offered the position of vocalist with Arch Enemy. Alissa Alissa Alissa
