Kelly Clarkson is an American singer and songwriter who was the country's love interest following her win of the American Idol title in the initial season of the show. Not only was the victory that brought Kelly Clarkson's name to the forefront as it also secured her a deal with RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records for a number of albums. She has since released numerous studio albums. The three albums made it to the US Billboard 200 chart, while others narrowly missed it. She is one of the biggest artists that originate from the American Idol series. She experimented as she gained recognition for her various themes and musical styles, often writing the songs herself. As a result of her distinctness and ability in the field of singing, she was praised by reviewers and was awarded a couple of notable awards. Most notably she has won three times the Grammy Award three times. The music industry isn't the only thing she does. She has also appeared in TV and movies.
